PureFacts Financial Solutions announced three appointments to its executive leadership team as the provider of revenue management solutions for the investment sector eyes further growth, innovation and market expansion.
Joining PureFacts are Robert O’Boyle as Chief Revenue Officer; Anuradha (Anu) Dodda as Chief Technology Officer; and Stephen Tkaczyk as Chief Financial Officer.

With over 25 years of experience in financial services and wealth management, O’Boyle has held leadership roles at InvestCloud and Advent Software (SS&C).
Dodda has experience in generative AI, data analytics and cloud computing, and is expected to focus on leveraging AI and advanced analytics to support operations, product delivery and innovation. During her nearly three decade career, she previously held senior technology roles at IBM, Manulife, RBC and Thomson Reuters.
Tkaczyk has two decades of experience in private equity-backed software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. He will lead PureFacts’ financial strategy and operational efficiency initiatives. Previously, Tkaczyk held finance leadership roles at Alliance Atlantis Communications, Cority, Kognitiv and Shred-it International.
