The Money Management Institute (MMI) will host its annual Leadership Pathway Seminar this week from June 12 to 14, an event designed to nurture the next generation of leaders in the investment advisory industry. Held at the Hilton Denver City Center with a two-day agenda, the seminar offers networking, professional development and educational opportunities.

“As we mark the 10th year of the Leadership Pathway program, we are thrilled to extend this year’s Seminar to two full days of engaging sessions,” said Craig Pfeiffer, MMI President and CEO. “This milestone reflects our commitment to fostering the next era of leaders who will shape the future of investment and asset management.”

The seminar will include a variety of sessions focusing on leadership development, career vitality and industry trends. Highlights of the event include a panel discussion addressing how to maintain professional success and avoid burnout in a rapidly changing industry, and a workshop by Violet Rainwater on overcoming burnout in demanding work environments while improving professional performance. In addition, Kathy Freeman, Founder and CEO of Kathy Freeman Company, will provide insights into building a personal leadership toolkit.

Tim Williams, Executive Vice President and Director of Education Initiatives at MMI, said, “The Leadership Pathway Seminar is designed for professionals with 5-10 years of experience who aspire to elevate their careers and make a significant impact within their firms and the broader industry. We are proud to support and nurture these rising leaders as they navigate the complexities of our industry.”

Coinciding with the event, MMI is now accepting applications for the 10th class of the Leadership Pathway program, which will begin this summer. The two-year program is open to all MMI members with 5-10 years of career experience.
