The appointments “bolster” RFG’s executive team, according to the company.

Salameh previously served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Strategic Partnerships for CAIS and Managing Director for CAIS IQ, a tech-enabled education platform.

She was recognized by Wealth Solutions Report last year as one of the CMO 10: Top Wealth Management CMOs.

Salameh was hired by RFG to “drive advisor recruitment, marketing and organic growth among RFG’s existing network of advisors,” it said.

“RFG’s fully integrated platform is precisely what advisors need to enhance their client experience, drive organic growth and build enterprise value,” said Salameh. “RFG empowers advisors to define success on their own terms. Joining a team that’s so focused on innovation and defining what the future of the industry means is incredibly exciting for me.”

She is being joined in her new role by behavioral finance expert Brendan Frazier, the incoming Chief Behavioral Officer at RFG, and Kenneth J. Kim, who has been named Chief Financial Officer at the firm.

As the founder of Wired Planning, Frazier will “leverage his deep experience to support RFG’s advisors and their clients,” according to the firm.

RFG is embracing this sea change in our industry by adding a talented chief behavioral officer to our experienced investment team.”

Previously the Head of Corporate Development & Strategy – North America at FNZ, Kim brings more than two decades of experience that includes fintech, investment banking and strategic corporate development.

Spotswood added: “This powerhouse team is going to transform and set the standard for the future of the wealth management industry. Abby, Brendan, and Ken each bring their own stellar attributes to the table, and we are lucky to have them.”

“Combining them with the existing talent on our team – we are the firm for growth mindset advisors to build their business without compromise.”
