AssetMark, a provider of wealth management and technology solutions, is holding its Leaders’ Summit from Oct. 3 to Oct. 5 at the Westin Denver International Airport. In addition to AssetMark President and CEO Michael Kim, and Chief Channel Officer Matt Matrisian, the event features strategic and practice management sessions with several industry leaders.

Larry Roth, CEO of Wealth Solutions Report and Managing Director of RLR Strategic Partners, is speaking today at the summit, on ways to structure wealth management enterprises for growth and long-term success.

“I look forward to sharing my perspective, which comes from years of firsthand experience with developing large wealth management firms,” said Roth, who previously served as CEO of AIG Advisor Group (now Osaic) as well as CEO of Cetera Financial Group, two of the largest networks of independent wealth management firms in the country. “This industry has many great opportunities for prudent enterprise leaders, along with a few serious challenges they will have to overcome along the way.”

Paul Lally, Principal and National Practice Leader at Wipfli, is discussing how firms achieve optimal performance, stability, sustainability and profits. David Grau Jr., President of Succession Resource Group, explores options for sharing equity, from full equity rights in a business to simple phantom equity strategies. David DeVoe, CEO and Founder of DeVoe & Company, is speaking on M&A and succession activity in the enterprise landscape.

The Leaders’ Summit also has multiple panel sessions on the agenda.
