Jodie Papike, President, Cross-Search
Cross-Search is an Encinitas, California-based advisor recruiting and executive placement firm operating nationwide for the wealth management space. Jodie Papike’s father, Larry Papike, started the business in 1989. Her brother and husband also work at the family business.
Shell Black, Founder, ShellBlack
Shell Black started his eponymous and certified Salesforce integration specialist business in 2010. He has spoken at the annual Salesforce conference, Dreamforce, and his company is a leading consultancy serving wealth management firms that use Salesforce integrations.
Alex Goss, Managing Partner, NewEdge Capital Group, CEO & Co-Founder, NewEdge Advisors

New York metro area-based Diamond Consultants is a recruiting and M&A business operating nationwide. Louis Diamond’s mother, Mindy Diamond, started the business in 1998 and remains its CEO. His father, Howard Diamond, serves as COO and General Counsel.
Amit Dogra, President & COO, tru Independence
Portland, Oregon-based tru independence helped launch four advisory firms in the first half of 2023 collectively representing over $2 billion in assets. The national independent advisory partnership firm has a total of approximately $10 billion on its Experience As a Service (EAS) platform model.
Doug Fritz, Founder & CEO, F2 Strategy
F2 Strategy is a wealthtech management consulting firm serving complex RIA, wealth, bank/trust and family office firms. In June, F2 Strategy announced the acquisition of consulting and services provider Oakbrook Solutions as well as a majority investment from the private equity firm Renovus Capital.
