Financial Services Institute Announces Its New Board Members At OneVoice Conference

FSI’s 2023 Board of Directors includes new members Libet Anderson, President of Concourse Financial Group Securities; David Knoch, CEO of Docupace; Stephen Langlois, President of Kestra Financial; Robert Milmore, Principal and District Advisor for First Command Financial Services; and Gwen Weithaus, Vice President, Risk and Controls at Northwestern Mutual Investment Services.

“I am excited to welcome these five distinguished professionals to our Board in 2023,” FSI President and CEO Dale Brown said in a press release. “Each not only has years of industry experience providing leadership to firms of various sizes and areas of focus but they all bring a fresh perspective that will complement the strengths of our existing Board and reinforce our governance as we lead FSI into the future.”

Its 2023 Executive Committee consists of Chair of the Board J. Scott Spiker, Chairman at First Command Financial Services; Vice Chair and Chair in 2024 Jamie Price, President and CEO of Advisor Group; Immediate Past Chair Ed Forst, President and CEO of Lincoln Investment; Finance Chair Jodi Perry, President of the Independent Contractor Division at Raymond James Financial Services; and FSI PAC Chair Tim Stinson, President of Cetera Advisor Networks.

“I am delighted to lead the Board this year and humbled by the faith my fellow Directors have placed in me,” Spiker said in the press release. “Independent firms and advisors are facing challenges on a number of fronts in 2023, whether it’s the tumultuous market and investment environment, the continual aging of the baby boomer generation or escalating regulatory uncertainty.”
